With a distinguished service record spanning 36 years in the Indian Army, Col S. Pande (Retd.) brings unmatched expertise and leadership to Minerva Defence Institute. Having served twice as an Interviewing Officer at SSBs and dedicating nearly 4.5 years to the selection process, he has a profound understanding of what it takes to succeed in the Indian Armed Forces.
