Admission cum Scholarship Test (AST)
This is the first step in our admission process, designed to assess the academic potential of the students while offering them the opportunity to secure scholarships.

Personal Interview (PI)
The personal interview step helps the institute assess the student’s motivation, career goals, and compatibility with the offered courses.

Mode: Conducted online via video conferencing or in person at the institute.

Counsellors provide feedback on the interview.

Basic Medical Test
This step ensures that students enrolling in our courses are physically or mentally fit to handle the curriculum demands.
3.1 Objectives of the Medical Test
To evaluate the student’s physical and mental fitness for intensive courses.
To identify any health conditions that may require special attention.
To ensure that the students is medically fit to join the defence forces.
3.2 Areas Covered
General Health Check-Up:
Height, weight, and BMI evaluation.
Blood pressure monitoring.
Vision and Hearing Test:
Ensuring proper eyesight and hearing abilities for optimal learning.
Stress and Mental Well-Being Assessment:
Brief evaluation of stress-handling capacity and focus levels.
3.3 Test Procedure
Conducted by medical experts at the institute premises.
Medical test results are shared directly with the institute and student.
Certification of fitness is provided for enrolment.
3.4 Importance of the Medical Test
Ensures that students are in good health to attend classes regularly.
Helps identify any medical condition that may not be as per the standards of the defence forces.
Offer of Admission
Once the test results and interview performance are evaluated:
An official Admission Offer Letter is shared with the student and parents.

Enrolment and Onboarding
Payment of the initial registration fee along with course and hostel fee.
Submission of required documents (e.g., ID proof, photographs).
